Hanneman
and Fineis Concrete Construction Inc. is a Corporation wholly
owned by one individual, Mark A. Fineis. Mr. Fineis is a licensed
builder, a certified pervious concrete technician, a certified concrete
flatwork finisher and technician and a certified decorative concrete
technician. He is assisted in the operations of the company by his
brother, Steve Fineis who is a certified pervious concrete technician,
a certified concrete flatwork finisher and technician and a certified
decorative concrete technician.
The company had its beginnings after World War II with Carl Hanneman
who took over the business from his father in 1953. Mr. Hanneman
incorporated Hanneman Concrete Construction Inc. in 1986. In 1988,
Mr. Fineis purchased the company and subsequently changed the name
to Hanneman and Fineis Concrete Construction Inc.

The company built a 2,560 square foot pole barn
in 1995 to house its growing fleet of vehicles and equipment.
In 2004 the company further expanded its operations by opening
up a showroom at 16101 South 27 to showcase the growing decorative
concrete market. Continuing to grow, we have recently moved
our operations to 1425 Rensen St; Lansing, MI 48910. Stop
